PVMED does not offer the ability to make payments online.

As a small solo physician office, we are not free to set the cost of our services.  Our reimbursement is dictated to us by our insurance company contracts, so we charge a convenience fee for non-standard instalment payment methods. This fee is added to the amount of your transaction and is in addition to any fees that may be charged by your financial institution.

If payment is not made via Cash or Check, as a convenience, PVMED offers a non-standard payment method via telephone.
